Balanskliniek Launches AI Matching Platform with Chatbot Developed by Notilyze

Finding the right therapist can be a challenging and often overwhelming process. With many different therapy approaches, specializations, and personal preferences to consider, people seeking support may struggle to know where to start. To address this challenge, Balanskliniek is introducing a new platform designed to make the search for the right therapist easier and more accessible.

The platform brings together professionals from a wide range of therapeutic disciplines. Therapists can join through a subscription model, allowing them to be more easily discovered by people seeking support. The platform organizes therapists based on their specializations and includes an interactive map so users can quickly find professionals in their area.

To simplify the process even further, Balanskliniek partnered with technology company Notilyze to develop an AI-powered matching assistant. The chatbot guides users through a simple question-and-answer process to understand their needs and preferences.

Using large language models, the system analyzes publicly available information from therapists’ websites and generates clear summaries of each professional’s expertise. When a user starts a search, the chatbot collects information about their needs, including factors such as therapeutic specialization, preferred location, and gender preference.

Based on these criteria, the AI system compares the user’s needs with the summarized therapist profiles and generates a personalized list of the five most relevant matches.

The chatbot and matching system were developed by Notilyze using automated workflows and conversational AI technologies, creating a smooth and accessible experience for users.

The goal of the platform is to reduce the barriers people face when looking for help.
