What does your function as a Cloud Engineer at Notilyze look like? 
As a Cloud Engineer you fulfill an essential role within the technical realization and maintenance of the Cloud environment where our (web)applications are hosted & our managed SAS proposition. Notilyze has dozens of environments where we realize a high uptime in combination with excellent performance. In addition you will fill your days with: 

• Troubleshooting when something goes awry within the complex hosting landscape 
• Assuring our quality-control based on design and reviews 
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments within our field 
• Executing periodic updates on our (customer)systems 
• Monitoring our (customer)systems and continuing to automate this process 
• Designing and deploying new technical structures before we put these to practice in production 

What do you bring? 
You have strong communicative skills and as such are able to collaborate well within an Agile team. You have the ability to distinguish between main and secondary issues and proactively contribute with new and innovative ideas. In addition we hope to find the following on your resumé: 

• A completed education in the field of IT or sufficient relevant experience 
• Depending on your level 0 up to 10+ years of relevant working experience 
• Knowledge of and experience with administrating Linux environments and/or 
• Knowledge of and experience with SAS and administrating the environment 
• Knowledge of and experience with administrating Azure environments
• A healthy affinity with documenting processes 
• A good command of the Dutch and English languages 

The following would be a plus, however this can also be learned on the job: 

• Knowledge of and experience with Kubernetes 
• Knowledge of and experience with Terraforming 
• Knowledge of and experience with tooling like, JIRA, Git, Confluence, TeamCity and Octopus
